- Identity verification: Phone number for OTP verification.
- Payment information: Bank account or debit/credit card details, processed securely through Stripe Connect. Zera does not store full card numbers.
- Listing content: Photos, descriptions, pricing, and other content you post on the platform.
- Communications: Messages sent through in-app chat.
- Profile information: Location, work history, skills, and other profile details you choose to provide.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, clicks, and interaction data.
- Location data: Approximate or precise location (with your permission) to enable local listings and the Heat Map feature.
- Log data: IP address, browser type, timestamps, and referring URLs.

Information from Third-Party Login Providers
If you choose to sign in using a third-party service, we receive information from that service as permitted by your privacy settings there. Third-party login providers we use include:
- Facebook Login: We may receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Facebook user ID. Subject to Facebook's Data Policy.
- Google Sign-In: We may receive your name, email address, and Google profile picture. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Sign in with Apple: We may receive your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email). Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
We use this information only to create and manage your Zera account. We do not post to your social media accounts without your explicit permission.

- To create and manage your account.
- To process transactions and facilitate payments through Stripe Connect.
- To operate the Heat Map and location-based features.
- To enable in-app messaging between buyers and sellers.
- To send push notifications about orders, messages, and account activity.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and safety issues.
- To improve and personalize the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To send marketing communications (where you have opted in).
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With other users: Your public profile, listings, and ratings are visible to other users as part of the Service.
- With Stripe: Payment information is shared with Stripe Connect for payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies.
- With service providers: We may share data with trusted vendors who help operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support).
- For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable all security features.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

- Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Withdraw consent for location data collection.
